stuxnet: an anatomy of a computer virus

2011, 3mins 21s

We had some time ago shared Ralph Langner’s TED Talk ‘Cracking Stuxnet, a 21st century cyber weapon’ on our Facebook Page, noting that it did in fact scared us. This infographic created for an Australian TV program HungryBeast on Australia’s ABC1 directed by Patrick Clair provides an important view into this virus, what it meant to do, and how it has managed to spread. Like they say, more than asking ‘Who designed it?’ asking ‘Who will redesign this?’ is  needed as this is an open source virus floating in the world wide web, for anyone, just about anyone who can figure it out to wield it for their own uses.
